The conference fee is calculated with VAT and includes scientific programme, conference booklet, lunches, Welcome Party (on Sunday), excursion (on Wednesday), Conference Dinner (on Thursday) and the cost of refreshments (coffee/tea breaks). For an accompanying person the conference fee includes Welcome Party, excursion and Conference Dinner. The Conference Dinner is not included in the 1-day registration. This payment should be arranged with Organizing Commitee.

Cancellation

Registration canceled before the conference are not eligible for a refund. There is the option to replace with another participant.

If the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic forces the organizers to hold the conference online, the same registration fees apply. The registrations are not eligible for a refund, except for the accompanying persons.

All fees will be refunded in full if the organizers cancel the conference.

The personal data controller, Ioannes Marcus Marci Spectroscopic Society,  processes the following personal data concerning the symposium attendees (data subjects):

After registration:

  1. the first name, middle name (optional) and last name
  2. the name of the institution
  3. telephone number
  4. e-mail address

Later:

  1. the registered office of the institution including street, city and postal code
  2. tax id. number
  3. institution’s bank account number
  4. publication title, author, co-author, abstract and according to the selected option the full paper which will be either published in the proceeding
